Guess where my favorite place to shop for home decor is?! If you didn’t figure it out from the title or the picture above, I’ll tell you–it’s Hobby Lobby!
They have the most unique stuff and they rotate their sales every week. One week all candles may be 50% off and the next week all metal art will be 50% off. Even if you find something that you can.not.live.without and it isn’t on sale, you can use your phone to pull up a mobile coupon for 40% off one item.
This isn’t a sponsored post, I just seriously love the place haha.
Anywhooo I was there a couple of weeks ago browsing the aisles and when I looked down this one, I was in a trance! This year The Spring Collection (that’s the name of the collection) is so beautiful. It all has that rustic charm is so in right now. And as you probably noticed in the picture, it was all 40% off last weekend and the one before.
I limited myself to two items, but I very easily could have bought up the whole aisle. Today I’m going to share a few of my favorites.
First up are these cute little photo/memo clips. Owls or birds? I wouldn’t be able to choose!
I think this is a candle holder, but it would also be way cute by itself or with a bundle of hydrangeas sticking out of the top.
Not sure what I would do with this little picket fence box, probably stick a few galvanized metal vases and some flowers inside. Or it could even be used to throw papers in.
These birdcages reminded me of the one that we have from our wedding that we used for cards.
They are beauiful all on their own, or you could put a little candle inside!
This watering can flower pot would look so pretty sitting on a front porch!
Ok. These were the hardest to walk away from. I am a huge sucker for galvanized metal AND white AND that pattern. If I had an exact spot in mind to use them I probably wouldn’t have been able to leave without them.
And these!! You could probably easily make these with a roll of jute string.
I thought that the spoon napkin holder was super cool.
Little ceramic birds, perfect for a shelf or a flower pot.
And last but not least, this cute little nest which would be cute on a patio or inside.
Even though we are months away from Spring, these got me so excited! Okay now to what I decided to purchase.
I saw this candle holder and thought it would look so pretty on the dining room table. I love the way that the white pops off of the espresso tabletop.
The first thing that caught my eye in this aisle was this metal art. I went home and pondered where I could put it and the hubby came up with the great idea to put it above the basement door.
I love how it totally accents that overhang and seperates it from the kitchen so that whole area feels more like its own space.
I hope everyone has a very happy Friday and a fantastic weekend! Even though I haven’t made any progress on the breakfast bar this week, I’ll be back on Monday with my board and batten reveal. I promise!! 🙂
